Duffy’s of Boca now is the Best Sports Bar in Boca Raton, according to readers of the Times.

“What a surprise,” said Jason Emmett, general manager of Duffy’s. “That ‘s great.”

But Emmett said that Duffy’s doesn’t consider itself a sports bar kind of restaurant

“We take a lot of pride in our food and only use quality products,” he said. “We spend a lot of time on everything and take a fine dining approach to a sports bar way of life. Our prices aren’t fine ding prices.”

With roughly 14 beers on draft, and 15 bottled versions, customers can eat, drink, and watch sports at any of the restaurant’s 45 TV screens

With the many specials Duffy’s offers each week , it’s easy to see why they are considered the best

Wednesday night is college night, which means 50 percent off food after 9 p.m. for anyone with a college ID.

Two-for-one happy hour on anything at the bar is from 4-7 p.m. and 9 p.m. to close everyday.

For Texas Hold ‘em fanatics, free poker tournaments are featured Saturday nights.
