Duffy's Sports Grill is well known for its jumbo wings, hapound burgers and cold beer.

But when my family and I visited the chain's Palm Beach Gardens location on a recent Friday night, we left raving about something else - ribs.

My husband and I have eaten at Duffy's many times, and usually we order burgers, salads or chicken.

But my husband wanted a little something different this time, and being a huge fan of ribs, he decided to order a full rack of baby backs ($16.99).

After much debate, I settled on a grilled steak salad ($10.50), while our daughter went with her typical child's chicken tenders and French fries.

But first we started with an order of chicken quesadillas ($7.99), which we thoroughly enjoyed and managed to finish just before our meals arrived.

My salad - sliced, grilled steak cooked to order and served over a bed of mixed greens - was very good, as was our daughter's chicken.

But my husband's ribs clearly were the hit of the table. Tender, juicy and perfectly seasoned, the entree disappeared rather quickly.

Unfortunately, we didn't have much left to take home, nor did we have room for dessert (though the fried cheesecake with ice cream looked tempting).

But the next time we're in the mood for ribs, Duffy's will be at the top of our list.
